چکیده

Methods A 68-year old male with lung cancer was admitted to our hospital. He had paraplegia of lower extremities. His both femoral pulses were non palpable, cold, and cyanotic. The Doppler USG examination was unable to detect any pulse at the bilateral common femoral arteries. Contrasted computed tomographic angiography revealed occlusion of abdominal aorta and both iliac arteries. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed no atrial thrombus. He was diabetic and his leukocyt count was 21.08 K/uL.
